Post construction cleans are a very different job from regular window cleaning. Paint splatters, plaster dust, sealant residue, stickers, cement film, and general construction debris all need to come off windows and surrounding surfaces before the building is ready for handover.
Done incorrectly, builders cleans can scratch glass, smear sealants, and leave a worse finish than they started with. The right methods and tools matter.
We carry out builders cleans by abseil and by cradle across new build and refurbishment projects in London. For high rise façades we rope down the building cleaning each pane and frame in sequence. For projects with a BMU we use the cradle. For ground floor and accessible areas we use traditional methods, often in parallel with the higher level teams to deliver the full project quickly.
